I thought this kimono that I made for Baby Jo might be a bit big. I was wrong.
It seems as though she really likes it, right?

Lilla Barn Photo Shoot
Jo and I did a photo shoot today with some new pieces for our Lilla Barn shop on Etsy. She did really great and didn't puke on anything, although I make two outfits just in case (one for Jo and one for the shop). She actually preferred to nibble on her kimono top. Yummy. She was probably jealous since we made delicious cinnamon muffins earlier that she couldn't have.
Did I mention that she weighed in at 18lbs, 8oz yesterday at the doctor's office? Yeah, that's the size of a ninth month old. Maybe she's sneaking muffins behind my back?

Fashion show
Here is another outfit my mama and I made during our pre-Jo sew-a-thon. Mama made the pants and I made the kimono. It's great fun now that some of these things finally fit, especially since we seem to be going through at least three outfits a day (due to spit-up, pee, poop, etc...).
The best part is the butt of the pants matches the trim on the top.
The blanket Jo is lying on is actually one of my baby blankets. It's such a lovely keepsake.
